Butterscotch Pudding Triple Chip Cookies

1 C. butter at room temp.
3/4 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. sugar
1 (3.4 oz) box butterscotch instant pudding mix
2 large eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 C. white chocolate chips
1 C. butterscotch chips

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix butter and sugars until creamy.  Add pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla.  Add flour, baking soda and salt until just combined.  Stir in all chips.

Use cookie scoop and place on silpat covered baking sheet.  Bake ~10 minutes, until golden and set.  Don't overbake.  Remove from oven and let cool for a couple minutes.  Then transfer to wire cooling rack.
